I have been with ndd for 20 years. My first 18 years were in customer service and operations. About couple years ago, I was approached to move into a new inside sales position. I was a bit intimidated, but the experience has been amazing and rejuvenating to my career. The sales team is so upbeat, exciting and the collaboration as a team is so motivating. I was received in this new role with open arms and immediately became a part of the sales team. It is a hard-working role yet very fun and rewarding.
